Parikramā around Govardhāna Hill on Śrīla Prabhupāda’s Disappearance Day
In his final days, Śrīla A.C. Bhaktivedānta Swami Prabhupāda’s desire was to be taken on parikramā around Govardhāna Hill in a bullock cart. Although it did not manifest due to his disciples begging him not to go due to ill health, this is still a significant event in his manifest līlā. This desire of his Divine Grace implies a much deeper meaning. Because of this, Śrīpada B.K. Araṇya Mahārāja was inspired to do kīrtana parikramā on his disappearance day.
