Śrīla Narasiṅgha Mahārāja’s Disappearance Observance

On January 17th, early in the morning, we went with Śrīpāda Araṇya Mahārāja to Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Dāmodara Temple to perform kīrtana in honour of our Guru Mahārāja, Śrīla B.G. Narasiṅgha Mahārāja. We offered garlands and sang Gurvāṣṭakam at his puṣpa-samādhi, did kīrtana next to Rūpa Gosvāmī’s samādhi-mandira, and read from the latest chapter of our Guru Mahārāja’s biography in Śrīla Prabhupāda’s rooms. Araṇya Mahārāja also spoke on our Guru Mahārāja for some time. His talk has been released as a Krishna Talk Article: A Nourishing and Compassionate Nature.
We returned back to Rupanuga Bhajan Ashram and cooked a feast for Guru Mahārāja followed by a midday ārati and puṣpañjali. In the evening we read from ‘In Search of the Ultimate Goal of Life’ by Śrīla Prabhupāda.
