“Have the Vedas Advanced Civilization?” was a short article written by Śrīla Narasiṅgha Mahārāja in 2000 in response to a question by a young Indian student. Śrīla Narasiṅgha Mahārāja responds by defining civilization, and giving examples of how the Vedas have helped mankind.

‘Omniscience’ was written by Swami Narasingha in August 2000. In this article Narasingha Maharaja explains how even though a disciple considers his guru to be non-different from Kṛṣṇa, the guru is not omniscient.

“Hearing From a Rāsikācārya” was written in August 2000 by Śrīla Narasiṅgha Mahārāja. In this important article, Mahārāja explains how the previous ācāryas have warned immature sādhakas not to stray into ‘dangerous waters’ by gate-crashing into the higher līlās of Rādhā-Govinda. He also stresses the importance of anartha-nivṛtti and nāma-saṅkīrtana.
Meditation and the Holy Name’ was written by Swami Narasingha in July 2000. Narasingha Maharaja is asked what should one meditate upon while chanting, especially in a world which is full of distractions. Maharaja responds with quotes from the śāstra and the previous ācāryas, as well as the advice of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu.
