The following talk was given by Swami B.G. Narasiṅgha Mahārāja on the evening of November 8th 2002, on the occasion of Śrīla Prabhupāda’s Disappearance Day. This lecture was later included as a chapter in the book "Prabhupāda Vijaya".
The following talk was given by Śrīla Śrīdhara Mahārāja on the day of Govardhana Pūjā on 16th November 1982 at Śrī Caitanya Sārasvata Maṭha, Navadvīpa-dhāma, West Bengal. Śrīla Śrīdhara Mahārāja elaborates upon a śloka from the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam describing Kṛṣṇa's lifiting of Govardhana Hill.
The following Bengali lecture was given by Śrīla Śrīdhara Maharaja at the Sārasvata Śravaṇa Sadana, at 7:00pm on 6th June, 1937. In this talk, Śrīla Śrīdhara Mahārāja describes the supremacy of the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam in relation to all other śāstras and how it is the essence of all religious texts. This lecture was translated by Swami B.V. Giri and Sanātana Dāsa.
The following is an excerpt from an informal talk by Śrīla Śrīdhara Mahārāja given on the occasion of Śrī Narasiṁha Caturdaśī on May 24th, 1983. Śrīla Śrīdhara Mahārāja discusses Mahāprabhu's journey to the Narasiṁha temples in South India, and the necessity for the devotee to pray for the grace of Narasiṁha.
This article by Śrīla Sarasvatī Ṭhākura was originally written in Bengali in 1918 for the ‘Sajjana-tosani’ magazine, Volume 11, Issue 2. Sarasvatī Ṭhākura explains how the māyāvādis and sahajiyās see Gaura in comparison with the view of the Vaiṣṇava. This article was translated from Bengali into English by Swami B.V. Giri.
'Śrī Nityānanda Dvādaśakam' (Twelve Prayers in Praise of Lord Nityananda) is a Sanskrit composition by Śrīla Śrīdhara Deva Gosvāmī Mahārāja delineating the ontological position and appearance of Śrī Nityānanda Prabhu.
"Topics in Praise of Śrī Gaṅgā Devī" (Śrī Gaṅgā-devīr-māhātmya Viṣaye Arthavāda) was first published in Sajjana Toṣaṇi, Vol 10, Issue 4 in 1899. Herein, Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura writes about the purity of the Gaṅgā as well as the offences one may commit in bathing in her waters. This Bengali article was translated into English by Swami B.V. Giri.
In 'Śrī Sarasvatī Saṅlāpa' (A Discourse by Śrī Sarasvatī Thākura') which was originally printed in the monthly Gauḍīya magazine, Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura describes real and apparent gaura-bhajana, and states that by performing pseudo gaura-bhajana we actually install Satan rather than Mahāprabhu in our hearts. In "The Secret of the Destruction of Devakī's Six Unborn Children' Śrīla Bhakti Pramoda Purī Gosvāmī Mahārāja narrates the back story of the six sons of Devakī and Vasudeva who met their end at the hands of Kaṁsa, and explains how they had been cursed in their previous lives by Hiraṇyakaśipu.
The following English article by Śrīla Śrīdhara Mahārāja was published in Śrīla Prabhupāda's 'Back to Godhead' magazine in 1944. In this essay Śrīla Śrīdhara Mahārāja gives a short synopsis of the theistic undersatnding of vedic culture in line with the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam.
