The following sannyāsa initiation lecture was given by Śrīla Prabhupāda in Māyāpura on Gaura-Pūrṇimā, March 16th, 1976. On this day, Swami B.G. Narasiṅgha Mahārāja accepted the renounced order of life from His Divine Grace.
Purport to Śrīla Prabhupāda-līlā Smaraṇa-Maṅgala Stotram

Śrīmad Bhaktivinoda Viraha Daśakam
On the eve of the disappearance of Śrīla Ṭhākura Bhaktivinoda, we present Śrīla Śrīdhara Mahārāja's composition, 'Śrī Bhaktivinoda Viraha-Daśakam' (Ten Prayers in Separation of Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura). Upon reading this prayer, Śrīla Sarasvatī Ṭhākura commented, "Now I am confident that we have one man who is qualified to uphold the standard of our sampradāya."
Can the Guru Make Mistakes?
In “Can the Guru Make Mistakes?” written in 1998 Śrīla Narasiṅgha Mahārāja answers this question by citing the famous verse from Bhāgavatam, ‘ācāryaṁ māṁ vijānīyān’ and explaining how the disciple never sees the guru as jīva-tattva.
Śrī Guru-Tattva and the Secret of Dīkṣā
"Śrī Guru-Tattva and the Secret of Dīkṣā" was first published in the Janmāṣṭamī edition of Dainika Nadīyā Prakāśa in 1934. In this conversation, Śrīla Sarasvatī Ṭhākura tells of the necessity of receiving initiation from a self-realised sādhu and explains the profound secrets of guru-tattva.
